About the Owner

We are the owners, Debbie and Serge Hanson, and we live most of the time in Littleton, Colorado. We have owned this beautiful condo for 14 years and are happy to share it with responsible people! This is our only rental property and we take great care to keep it maintained and clean. Please enjoy your time there, as we have enjoyed it and the climate there immensely!
